Students in my college Spanish class came up with their own cholo nicknames. The first kid to announce his said Im the pajero! It translates literally to straw-maker. He chose it because he thought it referred to him being skinny...unfortunately it has a vulgar connotation as well--with a carefully controlled expression I explained that pajero means a person who wanks a lot. He got a thoughtful look on his face, then proclaims to the class at large that the nickname still applied. #thelifeofteachers
