Studies show that only 20% of those panhandling and claiming to be homeless, are actually homeless... A few months ago I gave a homeless man a banana and a small bag of chips (my breakfast for the day) because his sign claimed he was starving. As I drove away, I watched the man in my rear view mirror toss the bag of chips down in front of him and then angrily throw the banana into a field... Ive witnessed events similar to this multiple times. Why should one be expected to give so frivolously to some asshole who goes straight into the liquor store and blows it? Granny here drives a new 2013 vehicle, and the nice hardworking people of okc footed the bill. When approached by news crews about her scandalous activities, grandma struck the camera man and cursed them. Her family is outraged that she has been outed and apparently sees nothing wrong with what she has done... I wonder how her family would feel if they were deceived into buying her a brand new car? among many other things.
