Studying abroad this coming summer? Then you may consider applying to the recently announced College of Liberal Arts Study Abroad Scholarship. The College of Liberal Arts invites applications for a study abroad scholarship of up to $2,000 open to Liberal Arts majors who will participate in a 10-week study abroad during the summer of 2014. Eligibility • Open to all undergraduate majors in the College of Liberal Arts not previously awarded this scholarship. • Must earn at least 9 credit hours during a program spanning at least the 10-week summer term. • Must be in good academic standing. • Must have an application started with the Study Abroad Programs Office. • Preference may be given to students studying abroad for credit for the first time at Texas A&M, to students with a strong academic record as reflected in their GPR, and to those whose major does not require study abroad. DEADLINE: 5:00pm on Friday, January 31, 2014. For an application come by the HISP Advising Office, in ACAD 205.
