Style tips: Create your own style statement! : The Factors: Part I: Many factors come into mind when it comes to creating your own style statement. The most important we have come across are below as follows: a. Inspiration: Even though few may divert away from this. There is nothing wrong with a little inspiration to start off as the first draft of your style statement. b. Era/Generation: All styles are categorized in the eras they represent. Whether it is Victorian, 80s or Futuristic. This will help define what it represents. c. Background: Personal background plays a pivotal role in creating a style statement. Having even a little hint of your origin or anything as such helps add a more personal touch than any other factor. d. Environment: Ah, this one is the obvious factor. The environment around you plays a key role in how you want your style to be seen. Say for example someone working as a receptionist, which means constant interactions with clients/customer and bosses. Wearing something that shows your wild side would not be too pleasing to anyone here. In fact, work has its own Dress Codes. So even though your style is something that represents you, where and how much you will be representing yourself is very important too! e. Hobbies & Interests.
