He did corruption of 25 Million in ITC Project and put the Summary for his regulrisation after 3 years service by using high level amount. During 8 years since his appointment on contract basis, he again put the Summary for BPS-20 with creation of post of DG. I found Yousuf very lucky to got the job in 42 years in BPS-19 and regularized in BPS 19 and got the promotion in BPS 20 in 4 years. Is it possible in government?? He has done Diploma in Cyprus and regularised against the recruitment rules. Currently he is having 4 Driver with following Cars GS-9693 (Cultus), GS-8622 - Corolla, GSA-843-Sport Age Jeep, GSA-713 - Corolla. He is fulltime availing extra ordinary formaalities and enjoying with public money. During his service he allotted the three mega project (Advocate General Sindh, Computerization of Civil Hospital, Web Portal) to his friend (ASIM ZAFAR) company. Raza, Azeem Uddin, Abarar Ahmed got the Termination even they all are very highly qualified and professionals. Even he transferred Aftab Alam from IT to Excise, because he hate Aftab, altough Aftab is very professional and expert in field. 8. Nadeem jaffery, Sarwat Jehan, Niaz Laghari, Athar Hussain Baloch, Farooq Tajik, Arif Anwar Kamal, Uzair, Fareed are his best CHAMCHAY of Yusuf. Can any one ask to Yusuf and Athar Hussain what about the Establishment of Network which was not require and the there is no single active line of Network in Information Department Barracks, 94,95 and CHIEF MINISTER SECRETARIAT. Almost more than 15 Million he spend on these networks which is really a drastic situation and burden for local people. Can any one asked Yusuf and Athar Hussain why he is purchasing furniture from M/s. Workman for his office which is very expensive and no need for it.
