Attached is the denial of the Sagguniang Panglunsod,which create more question than answer:which constitution & rule of law did they defend &uphold,one under the martial law or the 1987 Constitution?.are they exempted?are they in a sub state?The irony is it is their Patrimony too.The law is following Politics instead of Politics following the Law. Also our letter to Sec.Edwin Lacierda disputing his contention that there are no untouchables in the Aquino Regime.This an about face to its own platform..Social justice to the Filipinos one they can depend.?rewarding wrongdoings instead of punishing it.Dumadaan SA LANDAS NA HINDI MATUWID.
