Submitted by a fan :) Cuban Style Chicken Thighs & Legs 1 large onion chopped 6 garlic cloves 1/2 green bell pepper 8 small whole peeled potatoes 8 ounce tomato sauce 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/2 tsp cumin 1 leaf sage Salt n pepper to taste 2 pounds chicken leg quarters Directions 1. In a medium bowl combine onion, garlic, bell pepper, and potatoes. Stir in tomato sauce and wine season with cumin, sage leaf and salt and pepper. Place chicken legs in slow cooker and pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook low heat until juices run clear, about 6-8 hours Servings 8 Calories 316 Total fat 14 g Total carbs 21 Dietary fiber 2.9 Protein 23.3
