Submitted from somewhere in the land of FB military spouses.... ....this was posted to a wives group wall "Anonymous post: please be polite. Am I the only one jealous of TDY and some deployments? He goes for 3-12 months, turns in his laundry, has the dfac cook every meal and clean up after it, no kids to take care of, no lawn to mow or chores to do, and lots of time to go to the gym, watch tv, do whatever he wants. Then his family calls to ask what they can send HIM, never asking how I feel or if we are ok here at home taking care of everything alone. Am i the only one who sometimes gets a little jealous of all of the freedoms and the attention he gets?"
