Submitting my offer for the gym location tomorrow.... 6500 square feet of power racks and platforms in SoHo, Manhattan. Realtor says theres no reason my offer wouldnt get accepted, but this is still terrifying. I dont believe in luck, but feel free to send some good vibes my way. I love everyone so much who has supported me the past couple years and stuck by my side, especially when I got sober. I cant believe this is really happening.
