Successful hot plate tofu! The trick to frying the tofu is simply to cut the tofu and put it into a lot of hot oil! 180C. Dont touch it until it starts to float then gently turn them around until they are evenly brown. To make the sauce, fry chopped garlic, ginger, green onions. Add minced pork which has been marinated with Dancing Chef Stir fried Soybean paste for 30 mins. Fry the pork for 2 mins and then add prawns, 1/2 cup water and corn flour slurry. Heat the hot plate till smoking hot, brush oil onto hot plate and add egg. Place tofu onto egg and pour on the sauce. Top with chopped green onions. Sprinkle with white pepper.
