"12 days of Christmas style" 1 rope climb 2 Slam ball over the shoulder 80# 3 HSPU 4 burpees 5 OH Walking lunges 35# plate 6 push ups 7 box jump 26# 8 pull ups 9 wall balls 14# 10 KBS 45# 11 DB push press 25# 12 snatches 95# It works like this do exercise 1, then 2, then 1, then 3, then 2 then 1, 4,3,2,1 and so on and so forth. I get mixed up with this one all the time.
