“Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.” (1 Corinthians 6:11) God’s Word offers the opportunity for redemption, forgiveness, and grace along with the pronouncement of judgment. God’s agenda is clear: to seek out sinners, and offer them the free gift of salvation by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ. Remember always that God only hates sin but not sinners.
