Sudhakaran Nair Atlast the Railway budget is out. We, the people of Mumbai have received nothing. Minister has announced bullet train. I would like to state the following before starting this bullet train. (1). Try to run the Mumbai local on time. (2). Scrap the old train which started before 1947 (3). Make use of new train which are lying in workshop (4) Every 6 minutes there is slow local for Borivli from Churchgate. Please make one slow local atleast in every 30 minutes to Virar so that during the peak hours the rush in fast train can be controlled. (5) Put indicater well in advance in starting point so that people can board without problem (6) In churchgate there is a gap near the subway in platform no three and many people are falling there especially during peak hours. Concerned authorities should give attention to this and solve this problem. (7) The stations in Harbour lines are made verygood, but the train running there is very inferior in quality. It should be improved. When railway announded fare hike in last month, they have increased 130% in season ticket. It had to cut because of high pressure from Mumbai public. Why they have forgot to announce anything good for Mumbai public while presenting the budget.
