Suggestion to govt is to take an affidavit from all employees enjoying holidays in the name of unjustified protest for salary hikes - Make them take oath on following statements and only after that fulfill their demands : 1. Any employee found involved in any kind of corruption charge will be straight away dismissed from service seizing all their savings in GPF etc and no pension will be granted to such employees. ( Mere suspension from service will not be in effect in any corruption related case). 2. Any employee found absent if only once from duty without leave will get 80% of salary reduced for next three months, second time such absence will lead to same reduction in pay for next six months and third such absence will lead to permanent dismissal from service. 3. Any back door entry whenever detected will lead to dismissal of the said employee and trial according to law. 3. Promotions to higher posts will only be made on the basis of qualification, merit and experience, experience only will not be responsible for any promotion. 4. A screening test has to be passed by each and every employee before being promoted to a gazetted level post from an existing non-gazetted post. 5. Use of mobile phones will not be allowed during working hours for employees who have direct dealing with public (tehsil offices, account sections etc) 6. Any govt employee if found directly involved in any private business establishment during service will be dismissed from service. Everyone requested to add more conditions !
