Sumeet Mehta has given three important suggestions on the JVMs Draft Peoples Manifesto. First, he said that in order to attract FDI into New Andhra Pradesh, the Central Govt must help the state to set up a Trade and Investment Desk at all High Commissions abroad so that a officer deputed by Andhra state can interact with companies in those countries and help them to invest in Andhra Pradesh. The Union government should bear the cost of these Trade and Investment Desk. Second, on the lines of Gujarat Model and the Telugu associations working in abroad - US, UK, Australia and other countries - can also motivate the Non-Resident Telugus (NRTs) to invest back to their home state - New Andhra Pradesh - in various sectors specially in Health and Education. Third, Andhra Bhawan should rest with New Andhra Pradesh and Telangana state can build Telangana Bhawan on their own. The voters should compell the contesting candidates and political parties to accept these three points along with other aspects of Draft Peoples Manifesto. We will include all these three important suggestions in the final draft of the Peoples Manifesto.
