Summer Hutchison uploaded a new video. Yesterday I witnessed a terrible situation. The shell gas station in Daleville Indiana on the east side of hwy 69 yelled at a homeless veteran, his wife and his dog for sitting on their sidewalk to drink a cup of coffee that they just scrapped pennies for. The manager literally yelled shoo to them and made them leave..my 13 year old son Øbëy Çålêb told me he saw them laughing and yelling at them inside the gas station then told me to watch as I witnessed the manager yelling at them outside. They did nothing wron..they was not pan handling or bothering anyone. This was a young couple..He was 25..did 5 years in the army..and it was freezing cold. Me and my children saw them walk to hwy 69 ramp ramp and unpack blankets for her and the dog as he held his hand up to hitch hike. I picked them up and asked them where they needed to go...His brother has a job for him in michigan...they lost their home in new York and this was their last resort. So I asked them..is there anything you need...and the wife only asked for feminine products and to use a restroom. ..it was heart breaking. I drove them to Fort Wayne from anderson..me and my 4 kids took them in the store to get her what she needed and got them groceries to help them along the way..then we stopped at my house to get dog food, dog worming medicine and 2 months of heart guard..and a light up leash for them to help people see them on the road. When we got to Fort Wayne they were going to sleep under the ramp and I couldnt let them. I got them a hotel room to shower and stay warm for the night and left them with my number and name..I went back to the gas station to confront the manager and asked what did they do wrong..why were they yelled at and humiliated..and he served our country..let alone it was freezing last night..how can this go Un noticed? My 4 children knew better and had a better heart than this manager. Something needs to be said...This wrong to treat our veterans this way.. Share
