Summer warmth and humidity is here for the next several days. Today is mostly to partly sunny, hot and humid. Highs in the 80s to near 90. Late day and evening isolated thundershowers are possible. Overnight will be partly cloudy and mild. Lows in the mid 60s. The passage of a cool front makes it not as hot Friday. Highs in the mid 80s. The holiday weekend becomes very warm once again, as afternoon temperatures rise into the upper 80s. A couple of disturbances from the Gulf of Mexico move our way for late Sunday into Labor Day. These increase our chances of showers and thunderstorms. All of next week feels summer-like across the region, as temperatures stay above average.
