If you would like some help please do ask someone - and feel free to sign our Visitors’ Book. The service will be followed by snack lunch in the small hall. ‱ The Glasgow NW Foodbank is open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Donations can be handed in at these times, (or on Sundays!) and the cafeteria will be open for teas and snacks. ‱ The Coming Home Centre (Community Veterans’ Support) is open on Thursday mornings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Welcome Centre. There are leaflets available at the church doors and cards at the notice board near the entrance. ‱ Most of our youth organisations and weekday activities have closed for the summer. Please ask us about regular meeting times of organisations. The annual Priority Areas Consultation will take place from Thursday 20th to Saturday 22nd November at Gartmore House near Aberfoyle. The theme will be “You are Great . Together We are Brilliant”. Over the three days those present will focus on how we can make the most of the strengths of our communities and churches – rather than becoming preoccupied with our problems. We are invited to send three people, the cost being ÂŁ20 per person or ÂŁ50 for three. The Minister has a booking form which needs to be returned no later than 12th September. Please let him know if you are interested in going. Sunday 24th August 11 a.m. – Morning Worship with Sacrament of Baptism – The Minister. Annual Summer Clean of halls and Sanctuary Monday 18th August, Tuesday 19th August, Wednesday 20th August, Thursday 21st August from 7pm until 9pm. All volunteers welcome on any night.
