Sunday, I finished preaching and I was asked to stand out front - TopicsExpress

Sunday, I finished preaching and I was asked to stand out front because several of the members wanted to shake my hand. As people crowded around me to say great word and I really enjoyed you, one lady came and said, One of the mothers wants to talk to you, but she cant walk. Can you go to where shes seated? I replied, Yes indeed! My girls and I walked over and hugged her. I complimented her on her beautiful hat. We talked briefly. Then, I told her to have a blessed day as I turned to go greet others. All of a sudden my 7 yr old daughter tapped me and asked, What is that thing next to her seat? I said, Its her walker. She cant walk without it. In a matter of seconds, tears began to fill her eyes and she started praying for the lady right then. When she finished praying, she just stood there staring at her. I asked her why she was staring at her. She replied, I just finished praying and Im waiting for her to walk. I was about to tell her that it doesnt work that way, but I got a check in my spirit that said, Why doesnt it work that way? Its because we dont really believe. Unlike myself and even you who are reading this post, Allaynas faith hasnt been tainted by disappointment, religion, etc. She believes God FOR REAL! PERIOD! Im going to do everything in my power to keep her as untainted as I possibly can. One way to do that is for her to see my faith and the results of my faith. When was the last time (if ever) your faith gave God permission to work a miracle through you? In the words of Timothy R Harris Jr, ITS TIME FOR US TO BE FAITH (FULL) AGAIN!!!
