Sunday Reflection: This has definitely been a trying week. I sometimes wonder how I can feel like a failure with one child and a success with the other. I have to remind myself that every child has a different personality, makes different choices, and has a different path to walk..some roads more difficult than others. I often feel like my life has two sides, a happy one and an unhappy one. I suppose though, I can not base my happiness upon the choices that someone else makes in their life. Making a tough love decision is not easy but sometimes necessary when all else has failed. I suppose it is a last stitch attempt or maybe an attempt to give a wake up call. Whatever way you look at it, it is hard.
