Sunday Share Day: Heres our meal plan for the week - hope it inspires or helps you! Saturday - last night was 3 bean chili in the crockpot! Sunday - tonight we had low carb cauliflower stew and roasted veggies (kids had quesadillas) Monday - veggie burgers for kids and pulled bbq tofu sandwiches for mom/dad with sweet potato wedges and veggies Tuesday - butternut squash chili in crockpot with biscuits and salad Wednesday - one pot pasta and salad (applesauce for kids) Thursday - pita pizzas and salad Friday - havent planned that one yet! New snacks: havent made my granola in a while, banana/chocolate chip muffins (these are AHH-MAZING and only 150 calories a piece), baked doughnuts, and smoothies. For kiddo lunches well have some pb/banana sandwiches, pizza poppers that we froze last week, zucchini cakes (trying something new) Want a recipe? Let me know and Ill send it your way!
