Back on the market this week is Agent Zero’s shark tank mansion, a 9,000-square-foot estate the player had built during his playing days with he Washington Wizards. Arenas commissioned the building of his All-Star manse after inking a massive $111 million contract with the Wiz. Located roughly 30 minutes away from San Francisco’s new venue, Levi’s Stadium, the property offers a comfortable 5,650 square feet of living space, including 1,200 square feet in the master suite alone. According to our friends at Busted Coverage, Alabama’s new AD has listed his suburban Atlanta home for $2.5 million. The 7,500-square-foot home offers a host of high-end perks, such as five fireplaces, an elevator and views of Georgia National Parkland. No word on whether his fancy coat of arms is included in the sale. Earlier this year, one of Battle’s employees, football head coach Nick Saban, made real estate news when the Lake Burton lake house that he owned and designed was put up for auction. Daunte Culpepper’s Repossession In 2003 the Minnesota Vikings signed Daunte Culpepper to a contract extension worth $102 million over 10 years, including a $16 million signing bonus. Ten years removed from signing his record deal, the former All-Pro quarterback has lost his Fort Lauderdale mansion to foreclosure. According to a report by the South Florida Business Journal, SunTrust Bank filed suit against Culpepper over his 9,867-square-foot home in February. Culpepper, who last played in the NFL in 2009, eventually handed over the deed to the property in April in exchange for a debt release of $3 million. Culpepper is just the latest example of a high-profile athlete losing his property to foreclosure. In late 2012 former NFL star Warren Sapp had his mansion sold off by a bankruptcy court. This year, the NBA’s 2001 Most Valuable Player, Allen Iverson, lost his Atlanta mansion to a foreclosure auction.
