Sunday Sweets Today I made Strawberry Bark. These are SO good and taste just like the Chocolate Dipped Fruit Bouquets except so much cheaper. Heres what you need: 1/2c Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/4c White Chocolate Chips 1 Carton of Strawberries - washed, tops cut off, cut in half lengthwise. Non-Stick Spray Small Baking Sheet 1.) Spray baking sheet with Non-Stick Spray 2.) Melt Semi Sweet Chocolate in Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and heat for another 30 seconds until chocolate is smooth. 3.) Spread Melted chocolate on baking sheet. Careful not to spread to thin. 4.) Line Strawberries cut side down onto melted Chocolate. 5.) Microwave White Chocolate for 30 seconds, stir, heat 15-30 seconds more until smooth. 6.) Dip a Fork into White Chocolate and Drizzle over Strawberries. 7.) Place Baking Sheet in the Freezer for 15-30 minutes until chocolate sets up. 8.) Break Apart and Eat. So much easier than dipping the strawberries one by one. **Share to save recipe to your wall**
