Sunday night I had a scratchy throat-lots of kisses from Evelyn who was sneezing and coughing & Monday I woke up with the bug and felt awful, drained. My husband is away and we all know that moms cant lay down and really rest so when I woke up Monday morning the first thing I reached for was my Shakeology® and then I had it for dinner, mainly because it felt good on my throat but I also know how good it is for me.
