Sunday sermon by Minister Mack... (Early!) Never take on a man or woman as a project. If they came into the relationship with a few red flags, chances are they were there long before you came into the picture. The biggest mistake that saved men and women make today is assuming that they can "fix" whatever issues that person has when that is not your job or responsibility. You at one point in your life had to be shut down like a highway so that Jesus could work on you before you were ready for a relationship. Understand that anyone that now has the ability to contribute to a man or woman in a relationship has gone under construction. When God blesses you with your Ruth or Boaz, while they may not be perfect, they will be a finished work that is able to walk with you and help continue to build upon the foundation that is your life. So while projects may be attractive, when it comes to matters of the heart, leave those to Jesus and wait for your finished work! Nuff said... God bless...
