Sunday8/10/14...I canned 10 pints of Pizza Sauce today, lol still have Tomatoes on the counter and sent a bag full home with my son. I started doing an inventory of what I have in the house Canned and stored. Green Beans 17 pints/ 52 quarts Carrots. 27 pints/ 5 quarts Ital Tom Sauce. 9 qts plus frozen Spaghetti Sauce. 7 qts Whole tomatoes. 22 qts plus frozen Salsa. 14 pints Pickles. 6 pints plus refrig pickles Cabbage Casserole. 4 qts Pizza Sauce 10 pints Im not sure how much my son has taken home, Ive gave some to my Brother and we have already used some. Ive also frozen breaded okra, squash, squash casseroles, eggplant parmesan, onions and peppers. Now Im wondering what all of you have canned and put up this year!
