PREP TIME: 10 minutes TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes SERVINGS: 4 ¾ c low-fat plain yogurt ½ c orange juice 1 ½ Tbsp honey ½ tsp ground cinnamon 3 apples, cut into ½” chunks 1 lg orange, separated into segments 1 rib celery, chopped ½ c golden raisins 3 Tbsp coarsely chopped nuts, like cashews, almonds, or peanuts 1. COMBINE yogurt, orange juice, honey, and cinnamon in a large bowl. 2. ADD apples, orange segments, celery, raisins, and nuts. 3.
