Sunshine Theatre Presents Ray Cooney’s Hilarious Comedy sunshinetheatrecompany/ Run For Your Wife is the story of John Smith a Jamaican taxi driver who has 2 wives, one in Miami Garden and one in Sunrise. All is well as long as he keeps to his schedule until one night he tries to rescue an old woman involved in a robbery and is injured. Taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital he mistakenly gives both addresses and is not aware until the Police from both Ft. Lauderdale and Miami question him because he has been reported missing by both wives. The situation is made worse when a reporter from the Miami Herald puts his picture in the paper as a local hero and his friend Stanley in trying to help him in the cover up creates more problems and confusion than they can manage.
