Sup Homies......?? I have been getting lots of messages & questions about GM (hiring) This is what I know.....Get in contact with the Career Center in your area.. I have heard they are taking apps & right now they have stopped the referrals from the peeps inside ( not that I could give any Im still a temp) But I DO want to give you a Heads Up about GM on the inside (and keep in mind this is my opinion only)...Its hard work for the most part Id say 95% are physical jobs and you are going to be sore... they are steady ramping up which means WE will be working a lot of Overtime and it is NOT an option you work whatever the schedule is. I have been hearing....(rumors of course) :) a lot of positive things like 3rd shift may be coming on board sooner than anticipated, they just made 28 people permanent (all of June 2013 hires) Up next is ME....:) The Benefits & perks are Awesome once you get hired on and I truly believe its going to be more fast paced than in the past :) Once again it is hard work & they have let people go that could not do the job....Sucks :( So Please keep this in mind if you are thinking about giving up a job for GM (which I did & I have no regrets every ones scenario is different) $$$ was the deciding factor for ME.....Good Luck to ALL & I will be glad to answer any ??? you have that I can (Y)
