Super Easy Bread Pudding via /r/xxketo ift.tt/eA8V8J Sorry, I dont have a picture because I ate it all... But it was something that I just came up with on the fly. I was going for egg custard, but this turned out more like bread pudding, which I love and miss. Now I dont have to miss it anymore! Recipe: 4 eggs 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (more or less to taste) 10 drops liquid sucralose (I use ez-sweetz, you can use whatever you want, more or less to taste) Beat all of the ingredients (using a fork or whisk) together in an oven-safe dish. Bake at 300 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Eggs will puff up and then settle down after you take it out of the oven. Serve in a bowl with extra cream on top, if you like. Makes 2 servings. Liquid sucralose doesnt contain any sugar or carbs, sooo... Must be in the eggs or cream? Edit: I forgot to add, only 2 net carbs per serving!
