Super happy to congratulate and welcome Carrie Hamilton :) into a new position with The Haight-Ashbury Street Fair, as our new Event Coordinator for the HASF Childrens Alley (Which is on Belvedere Street @ Haight Street during the street fair) Childrens Alley is a childrens area that was designed by HASF Executive Director, Robert Leon 8 years ago to provide a fun and safe area for the families to come and play games, do activities and enjoy family entertainment. Carrie is a friend of mine and a great person to fill this position with her wealth of experience, talent and creativity. In the last decade or more, Carrie has helped and participated with the HASFs, Halloween Hootenanny event, our Battle of the Bands fundraisers, doing the hospitality for the Stanyan Stage Area, HANCs Easter Egg Hunt and numerous other HASF productions. During the day, her job is working with Homeless Prenatal Program.
