Jeff took care of everything! His photos of the place were exceptional. His attention to details and the process were superb. I know this sounds like superlatives but it is real. We sold our home in 48 hours, after Jeff did an open house on a holiday weekend. That is dedication. We highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house. We did our research before choosing him. See below. We interviewed two other realtors before selecting Jeff. One was from our neighborhood and seemed to have a better knowledge of its unique nature. Seemed is the operative word. When we got closer to him, we realized that his supposed knowledge did not compare to Jeffs enthusiasm, professionalism, and deliverables. The other realtor thumbed his nose at our IKEA kitchen then proceeded to show photos of his ideal sale. Surprise, the kitchen was the same IKEA kitchen as ours. Jeff does not play games.
