Super hero training at c.a.m.p is going great! St. Louis is awesome! Such good vibes..before the training I got the energy to Work in community garden making new beds, harvesting carrots peppers and herbs, tomatoes, kale and greens..with a momma and her little one..There was a totem festival on Cherokee street in south stl that blew my mind, glass blowing, concious rappers, a sweet venue called 4040 had a bunch of free live music and they were celebrating international hooper day by having hula hoops of all sizes.. Empowering all the superheroes with music and good vibes, good mantras.. Teaching and playing with kids, building bikes and painting pumpkins, teaching the kids how to cook healthy food! Cold front came in, feels good to be in a place where fall is happening.. Ch ch ch ch chaannggesss! So inspired.. Time to go to a community garden next to a middle and high school, Ive got seeds :) plantem in the ground and in minds.. Substance free ride.. Cleansing.. Blessings to our beings! Were morphing from personal to universal.. Youuuuusssannddiiiiisssanddmeeeesssstoooooweeeesss.. I am the lightning lizard ! We are all superheroes!
