Superhuman Games 2015 - Assault Course Details: Athletes have 20 minutes to complete as many laps as possible of a 400 metre assault course whilst navigating approx. 15 obstacles. This is a relay event, partners must alternate laps. One team member cannot run more than one consecutive lap. After completing a lap partner 1 must tag or high 5 partner 2 who will be waiting in a hoop that corresponds with their team number before partner 2 can run. Athletes must make an attempt at each obstacle, any uncompleted obstacles will result in a 10 burpee penalty (chest & thighs to the floor, jump with clap over the head) However, Athletes must at least make an attempt at the obstacle and then take the burpee penalty if they are unable to complete the obstacle before continuing to the next obstacle. Athletes can re-attempt the obstacle or take the burpee penalty. Athletes will be awarded 1/4, 1/2 and 1/3 for the fraction of the final lap you managed to complete before 20 minutes is up. Obstacles will not be released until the day of the games. Teams will receive 2 warnings and then disqualification; warnings are 2 per team not per athlete. Judges can also award a 1 lap reduction penalty. Warnings are given to a team at the discretion of the judges/event management team and are for teams that are repeat offenders of the following: 1 Not navigating the obstacles correctly (for example climbing around the side of the obstacle, not up and over) 2 Not tagging your partner before changing laps 3 Un-sportsmanlike behaviour
