Supermarket trip today. At my leisure. I toured every single aisle. Not bad. Brilliant obviously if you like ethnic spices etc. I did buy 4 litres of coconut oil for about 8 euros. Wish I could bring loads home, itd pay for the trip!:) 6e for a little pot on Ibiza. Vegetables are extortionate in the supermarkets though. Two horrible tough looking wooden carrots were 2.60 euros! So next Ill definitely go to the Wet Market with all the hustle & bustle & haggling. Not my strongest point. They do love SPAM here. I counted 17 different types. Chilli flavour, you name it. Spams spam as far as Im concerned its yuk & it reminds me of school dinners. I asked why the trolleys wouldnt fit through the till aisle. I said in the rest the world you can take trolley to your car. I barely squeezed through myself. Big man. So they packed my shopping for me. With the bags they cut strips of cardboard for them to lay in the bottom as a base to sit the bottles on & to maintain the shape. They loaded it onto a big trolley & took it to the underground car park loaded it for me. Quite impressed! Next fuel stop. They fill you, check your tyres, check the oil & water & clean the window screen. Like 50s USA I imagine. Thats all. Moalboal tomorrow to test out my under water 50 euro camera....... A certain death drive of highways & mountain passes.
