Morley, Kirkstall & Guiseley, is that I dont have to make out that I only use 1 brand and lie about what supplements I use. So I have the pleasure of being able to try different brands and different products all the time and give people my honest opinion without the bullshit!! So this month I have tried out 2 new products which are firstly - NRG Fuel TTP - I have being having 1 x 100g serving immediately after each workout. Now before I used to concoct my own mixture of whey + glucose + creatine + glutamine for my post workout shake which is always a bit of a fiddle and time consuming. So having a shake that has all these ingredients and more in 1 product saves time and effort which is always a good thing. I got the banana flavor which tastes great and mixes well, so all in all a great product that would assist in someone wanting to gain strength and muscle mass, and especially good for your post-workout recovery shake. Rating 8/10 Second new product Ive tried this month is the ON Gold standard whey Protein in cookies and cream flavor. Ive always used Reflex which for me have always been the best on the market but after this was recently stocked I though Id give it a go. It has a mix of isolate, concentrate and hydrolysed whey with added digestive enzymes so everything you need for your basic protein powder. I have this mixed my oats on a morning and before bed in my quark, it tasted really great and mixed well, another great product!!.
