Support to AMMA (Govt of Tamilnadu ) Justice delayed is justice denied. its not justice as the receiving end is not Jayalalitha but the people of Tamilnadu. Looks like everyone become honest overnight. Its easy to kick someone fallen but then why did you vote for her. Are you not opportunistic?? I think the judgment is out of time and does nt hold any relevance to today situation. It’s a court and an individual who have little knowledge about tamilnadu. This judgement is going to affect the whole population of tamilnadu rather than jayalalitha. I see its exactly designed to remove her from politics. Let us examine who gain and whose loss. If BJP comes here its concentration of power in center. Tamilnadu will lose its voice. Tamilnadu is fighting with Karnataka for cavery water, with srilanka for the fishing community and with center for language isuue and reservation for the tamil student and skilled professional. Bjp will not care to give laptop, dress, cycles to tamil children. Nor it will be more important for bjp to care for fishing community and tamil professional working in many skilled trade be it doctor engineer or an it guy. Tamilnadu has become a welfare state which is rare to find now days. No state has implemented it successfully and its not possible without proper monitoring. Education, health care, water, food, vegetable, consumer product, medicine, transporting in every field the state has interfered and proved successful. The other state giving scope to the private companies due to many reason first they get share from the private companies through tender. if they follow jaya model they cant maintain the quality of water and food it will be all second grade. On paper it will be government scheme but in reality it will be run by some trader. We have seen how govt projects fill the pocket of minister, burocrates and broker. Jaya is sharing the minimum need to the public she is not offering the luxury services and she is not giving it free. That means the tax payer money is not being wasted. It’s a kind of service and the rich will also benefit as the environment around them also be better. Daily labour, poor, students bachelors can save time and money. Even if a new government run in the same model getting the original welfare motive like jaya is not possible because we don’t know the other way they will take it whatever they spend here. If DMK comes it will bargain with center for major portfolio for A Raja, Maran,, Kanimozhi and many other. He is like an empire. He cares about his children and grand children not about india or tamilnadu and in a recent article in hindu it was mentioned A raja has taken 30,000 crore money. So if 30,000 crore goes from market think about the whole DMK clan. Jayalalitha also has a sibling named jaya kumar and she has adapted son but they are not in the politics. She could have given them scope. If a new person comes he will have little experience to deal with center, srilanka, Karnataka, and even local politician from DMK and and AIDMK. He has to be experienced and we are not sure if he is not corrupt. Why its exactly four year jail not 5 year or one year the reason is its not justice but to remove her from politics cause they cant beat her popularity and in election. This is just starting but there is many issue I invite people and intellectual to analysis it in detail. Just don’t see it from one angle. i feel the citizens verdict is more important than the legal verdict. What I feel more important that the death of the common people (I think so far its 71) and its justified cause they voted 37 seats out of 39 seats. They are harassed with this judgment which is out of time and has anything to do with theJayalaitha of today. You punish jayalalitha but don’t punish peoples aspiration their voice, their vote. The justice is delayed and has lost it significance. Its like an expiry medicine which will not cure rather bring more complication. Post your comments... Share to all...
