Sure-P and its rot Okay; this morning, I got a call from someone in Sure-P who told me that he wants me to come eat my own share of the national cake. I acted like I was interested just to get the information I wanted. According to this my brother, all I have to do is get fifty graduates to register with his company that has a slot for about 150 persons. These fifty graduates would be receiving 30k from Sure-P under his companys name for doing nothing and then give me 15k each on monthly basis while I give him 5k. Well, I thanked him for reaching out to me and thinking of my good. But I reminded him that God will punish my generation if I become a part of the problem; if I become one of those causing the widows and orphans to shed tears. I told him not to hesitate in informing me should anything legal and right come up. These people will keep coming to us with mouthwatering offers. We are all shouting against corruption. But are we not the same people aiding corruption? If we can start rejecting them in our own little way, things will change with time. If we can look at the faces and call them thieves, things will change. But as long as we go on being part of the loot, no change will come. Let the negative minds see this post however they want to see it; who cares! The good of the widow and orphans is my utmost concern because I know that one of their helpless children will grow up someday to remember my children because of their mother. More painful to see women help their husbands to destroy the poor. Abeg; make una keep that juicy but devilish offer. My husband and I have food and shelter and we are okay; God will exalt us in His own time.
