Sure feels weird that after 36 years in this foodservice business, to have weekends off on a regular basis,.... Im having a panic attack,.. I fear some impending shitstorm,..though that is probably just me,.. since our food costs for dayshift restaurant are down from 46.38 % down to 37.60% and shrinking. this is since I took over the shift. about 6 weeks ago,...If I can get it down to about 32% and keep it there I will be quite satisfied. Revenue is up, numbers are up,.. customer revues are positive and gaining,.. service times food quality reviews all gaining approval,. food loss is down,.. L/Os have been minimized; and , AM Banquets are receiving the same data,.. So , then why am I so apprehensive,?
