Surf was a little flat here in #santacruz so I thought I would test out my new @duerjeans to see if they are stretchy.. No doubt... 100% Good vibes... The trick for this pose is to use the power of the finger tips and Palm arches to integrate the arms. Imagine you have a giant watermelon seed between your upper arm bones and you need to squeeze it upwards the whole time ! Keep the feet arches engaged as this connects the legs to the pelvis and makes you feel lighter... Then channel the power of the ocean and the sunshine and have fun...stand on your own two hands today!!
