Surgeon just been. Operation yesterday went as he planned. The scarring looks bigger to me because of swelling and bleeding. The tumour was contained in the parotid gland. No evidence of it spreading. But very large margins of fat , tissue and lymph nodes taken for biopsy. When those results in, we will know for sure. But all looks good at mo. so feeling better. Have some nerve damage and left face is little droopy still, but should improve. So next stage is radiation treatment in about three weeks. Cheers Tony
