Surgery! Again........ Im scheduled for another throat surgery this Thursday, Sept. 4th. This is the surgery we had originally planned, before the emergency open heart surgery. Now, that Ive recovered, we can get back to the original plan. This is expected to be a long, comprehensive surgery to remove two large tumors and possibly thyroid. Also, theres a concern for my vocal cords. Im totally blessed to have a voice after about 10 throat surgeries. Id like to stay blessed in that way. We are optimistic about this surgery. It will be performed by Dr. James Norman at the Norman Parathyroid Clinic.
