Surgi - Tech medical supplies company located in Dokki with 4 branches in Egypt seeks the candidates for the following positions 1- Executive Secretary ( Male) ( Cairo) Handle GM office management activities. • Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants to coordinate a variety of executive meetings. • Arrange GM meetings (inside & outside the office) and prepare minutes of meeting. • Prepare the General Assembly documents and arrange for its meetings. • Prepare and file tenders documents, contract summaries and budgets. • Ensure the maintenance of an electronic filing system for all departments’ correspondences with clients. Bachelor degree in any discipline. • At least 6 years of professional experience in the same field (medical or healthcare industry is preferred). • Very good written and spoken Arabic & English language. • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 2- Surgical Medical Rep ( Joint - Spine) ( Cairo - Alex) Making appointments to see existing clients and potential new customers. • Presenting products to clients, persuading clients to buy the company’s products. • Providing an after-sales service if there is needs. • Meeting sales targets, organizing or attending medical conferences. • Keeping records of sales and customers. • Feeding back information about customer needs to the company. • Keeping up to date with product knowledge to be able to discuss medical matters with health professionals. B.Sc. Pharmacy - B.Sc. Science - B.Sc. Veterinary Medicine 0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing 3- After Sales Engineer ( cairo - Tanta - Sharkia - Mansoura - Menoufia) Making appointments to see existing clients and potential customers for after sales service• Presenting products to clients, persuading clients to follow the company’s products. • Providing an after-sales service if there is needs. • Meeting after sales targets, organizing or attending medical conferences. • Keeping records customers. • Feeding back information about customer needs to the company. • Keeping up to date with product knowledge to be able to discuss medical matters with health professionals.
