Surprise find from Consolidated, one of my short-lived fave electro/industrial/rap band from 90. Decent footage/sound that gives a great representation of what they were live ( their records smoked too, well the early stuff anyway ). Nice stage presentation, great sound, tight as shit, some kill hooks, effective sampling, and a set list you could not keep still to. On the other hand there was enough extreme borderline anarchist politics to fill up 3 PODS units. Seen them multiple times, usually opening for Meat Beat Manifesto ( who Consolidateds drummer sat in on on several occasions, and he was amazing ) and/or Nitzer Ebb and their ritual Q & A passing the mike around the audience after their set was always interesting to say the least ( side note: Had an incident with some gal beefing about being deplored to Desert Storm, and it wasnt fair cuz she only signed up for free college. I responded. Fun story. ) I ramble but check these guys out. Early on but at their zenith IMO. Their later stuff suffered from more of the politico and less on the solidity of the music. This is from their tour for 90s Myth of Rock LP which is essential. Do yourself a favor. https://youtube/watch?v=tkSE0VdiAuE
