Surprise for NSD Roya Mostafavi Mattis during her debut!! She found out that 2 DIQs in her area, finished their directorship on their way to the celebration, keeping their promise to finish by her debut. Wow, they kept it hidden all day, sitting with the other DIQs, in their red jackets!!
