Surprisingly, I actually agree with Adrian. But, here is what I think. Players should be allowed to turn pro right out of high school. But when a student-athlete commits to a school, his scholarship should be guaranteed for five years, and yes, the student-athlete should be given about $1,000 each semester. But, they can leave that school until they have completed 80 percent of their degree work. Additionally, the schools cannot fill that scholarship until that athlete graduates with a degree.
