Survey from a recent customer; KENNETH D. This is my second lease deal working with Reggie Stagmaier and he is excellent. He erases all of the built-in negatives about the car-buying experience. His low-key yet efficient approach is welcomed. He walked me through two different car options, and was clear and concise in answering questions or offering alternatives. Jason in finance was also efficient; patiently answered all my questions; and made the process easy. Your showroom stafff is attentive, friendly, courteous and respectful...and that runs to everyone I have encountered. Trina even insisted I partake of the Wednesday pre-Thanksgiving meal that was being served to the staff, and she would not take No for an answer...right down to the apple pie. I would suggest that for those who claim the car-buying experience is difficult, they have not shopped at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. I have and will continue to recommend your dealership to any I encounter who ask, or might be shopping for a car. This kind of friendly and un-pressured service and attention to detail most certainly comes from the top, and is a reflection on the Elliss and how they wish their customers to be treated. You are to be commended for putting customer service first.
