Survey question #1. We all know that we have a predator problem, state wide. What would you say to taking matters into our own hands? Why not convince ODFW to combine Elk and Cougar tags, and combine Deer and Bear tags. By doing this, every hunter will have the opportunity to help the cause. Only the successful would actually be helping the predator problem, but our dollars could be earmarked for another idea!
