Do you mean that We The People are not Gods ordained rulers and higher powers over America as stated in the preamble of The Constitution for the United States of America? If so, are you an enemy then, of The Constitution? You cannot have it both ways; Either you support The Constitution or you are against it, meaning an enemy of The Constitution. And, The Constitution IS NOT A MENU from which to pick and choose, as if you are at a restaurant. It is VERY GOOD when people state that they are AGAINST the Constitution so that we know who our Constitutional enemies are, who are inciting our elected Republican and Democrat enemy usurpers and despots to DISOBEY our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws.
