Susanne spent 3 days with Happy Hungarian Wine in Hungary and made films about her experiences. This is the second: ROADMOVIE N2 Susanne wrote about Tibor Gál winery TIBOR GAL WINERY Great winebar and wines; very modern architecture and design. Nice and fresh Eger white and Eger red. One of my favourites is Egri Csillag, a modern, dry, crisp wine of traditional, local grapes. The aromatic and mineral saltiness in the long aftertaste makes it lift in the finish. The Pinot Noir is very elegant and crispy with a good structure which keeps the fruit in perfect balance with alochol and the other aromas. ... and about Bolyki Pincészet és Szőlőbirtok JANOS BOLYKI WINERY The spectacular winery and cellar is amazing! The owner amazes me as much as his carved rock which contains the facilities. His work with charity and loving care of Romanian children makes it even greater. His winery is new as well as his winemaking skills, so this is really a winery to keep an eye on in the future. His Harslevelü is balanced, elegant and crisp in the acidity which lifts the fruit and makes it youthful and lively.
